Moreira Chonguica | Khanimambo - Moreira Chonguica pays Tribute to the Legends of Mozambique Vol 1 (2011)
This album is a mixture of traditional Mozambican sounds, rock, ballads and jazz with unsolicited commentary in between most of the tracks by the artists themselves. The ten artists featured on the album are all from very varying areas of Mozambique. Khanimambo means thank you from the bottom of one's heart. Moreira was saying Thank You to these wonderful artists for their beautiful music.
